Rooms and Rates

Rooms

Each room is fully furnished with the following items:

• bed (mattress, bed frame, pillow(s), bed sheet, comforter)
• desk
• chair
  
• lamp
• closet or wardrobe
• mirror
  
• TV
  
• night stand.

Rates

• Monthly Rate (minimum 8 months): $600 to $850 depending on room size, location, etc. Utilities, Internet and TV are included.
  
• There is one person per room, unless otherwise specified.

Common Facilities

The following areas are shared:

• kitchen
• 2 bathrooms with showers
